Employee Incentive Program
The Employee Incentive Program (EIP) is designed to provide financial and supplemental services to help youth gain marketable skills though on-the-job work experience or through job training programs.
- The program is available to youth who have a high school diploma or GED certificate
- You must complete the Ansell Casey living skills assessment
- You must be involved in job training through a certified job skills training program, such as Job Corps, apprenticeship, or internship or be employed for at least one month prior to applying for EIP and working a minimum of 20 hours per week
- You will receive a monthly stipend of $150 for a maximum of 12 months
- You may apply for start-up funding for work-related items such as tools, work clothing, etc.; awards are based on need and limited to a one-time allotment of $200
- Benefits are available until the age of 21
