- How to resolve maintenance issues in your apartment
- What utilities are and how to start utilities in your name (electricity & cooking gas)
- How to pay your rent and utilities
- Who to contact in the event of an emergency
- What resources are in the community (hospitals, libraries, schools, day care, etc...)
- How to be a responsible and respectful tenant and neighbor
- What it takes to maintain an apartment post-emancipation
